Request background

Currently, another company blends the customer’s raw materials at Company A, conveys it, and Company B fills the standing pouches, but the customer wants to do this all in one process.

UFI support details

After careful examination of the content, we confirmed that we can accept the full range of contract manufacturing at our own factories. Preliminary confirmation of packaging materials, best-before date printing, etc., and line tests were conducted, and initial production was carried out after issues were eliminated in testing.

Support results

By requesting UFI, we were able to supply products smoothly, eliminating unnecessary expenses such as freight charges and the hassle of handling production schedule adjustments in a two-factory system. In addition, inventory management has become clearer and easier to understand, and there is no need to take in extra raw materials or packaging materials, thus improving the profit structure.

We are now able to do it all at once, which is very helpful. In addition, because quality control is carried out at its own factory, which the FSSC22000 international standard, it can be entrusted with peace of mind, management is also firm, and we can no longer outsource the manufacturing to other contractors. I am currently planning to ask UFI to commission all our products.
